Terms of Service

These are the rules between you and Luxury Flight Club. We have written them in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, write to us at skip@luxuryflightclub.com.
Quick summary
- We send business class fare alerts. We are not a travel agent and we do not book your flights.
- Free membership is free. Gold membership has four payment options: trial (€1 / £1 for 21 days), annual (€119 / £103), quarterly (€39 / £34), or monthly (€15 / £13).
- You have 14 days from any new subscription to cancel and get your money back. After that, the trial and annual plans have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Quarterly and monthly plans do not.
- Cancel any time from your account. Two clicks. We do not refund partial periods after the guarantee window.
- We are not responsible for what airlines do with your booking after you click our links.
- Dutch law applies. Disputes go to a court in Amsterdam.

1. About this service
Luxury Flight Club is operated by Skip van Schaik, registered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, KvK 42020749, as Luxury Flight Club B.V.
We send email alerts about business class fares we find on public airline websites and through industry sources. We do not sell tickets. We do not hold inventory. Every link in every alert points to the airline’s own booking page.
By signing up to any membership tier, you agree to these terms.
2. Membership tiers
We offer one free tier and four paid tiers. The paid tiers all give the same benefits. They differ only in how often you pay.
Free
- One fare alert per week.
- Sent four hours after Gold members.
- No archive access.
- Free forever.
Gold Trial
- €1 (or £1) for 21 days, then €119 (or £103) per year.
- Full Gold benefits during the trial and after.
- One trial per person, ever.
Gold Annual
- €119 (or £103) per year.
- Full Gold benefits.
- 30-day money-back guarantee from the day you join or renew.
Gold Quarterly
- €39 (or £34) every three months.
- Full Gold benefits.
- No money-back guarantee. Cancel anytime to stop the next quarter.
Gold Monthly
- €15 (or £13) per month.
- Full Gold benefits.
- No money-back guarantee. Cancel anytime to stop the next month.
Gold benefits include:
- Up to five fare alerts per week, with multiple fares per alert.
- Four-hour first-access window before any free member sees the fare.
- Access to the last 100 Gold fares we sent.
- Access to error fares and flash sales that we never publish to free members.
- Custom airport matching across 62 European cities.
We may change benefits over time. If we remove a benefit you paid for, we will refund the unused portion of your membership.
3. Trial conversion
If you join the Gold Trial, the following applies.
- You pay €1 (or £1) today.
- Your trial runs for 21 days from the day you join.
- We email you a reminder before the trial ends, so you can decide whether to stay.
- On day 22, your card is charged €119 (or £103) and your annual membership begins.
- If you cancel from your account before day 22, you are not charged and your trial simply ends.
You can only take one trial per person, ever. If you cancel and rejoin, you join at the standard annual, quarterly, or monthly rate.
4. Pricing
All prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT. We bill in EUR through Stripe. If you are based in the United Kingdom, we display prices in GBP at our standard conversion rate; the actual charge to your card is in EUR converted at Stripe’s exchange rate at the time of payment.
If we change our prices, we will email you at least 30 days before your next renewal so you can decide whether to continue.
5. Refunds and money-back guarantee
This is the part most people care about, so we have written it carefully.
Trial (€1 / £1):
- Cancel any time within the 21-day trial and you are not charged the annual fee.
- Your €1 trial fee is non-refundable, except under the EU 14-day cooling-off period (see below).
Annual (€119 / £103):
- 30-day money-back guarantee from the day you join or renew.
- Cancel from your account within 30 days and we refund the full annual fee.
- After 30 days, cancel anytime to stop next year’s renewal. We do not refund partial annual periods after day 30.
Quarterly (€39 / £34):
- No money-back guarantee.
- Cancel from your account at any time to stop the next quarter. We do not refund the current quarter.
Monthly (€15 / £13):
- No money-back guarantee.
- Cancel from your account at any time to stop the next month. We do not refund the current month.
EU 14-day cooling-off period:
- By law, you have 14 days from the start of any new subscription to cancel without giving a reason. During this time we refund what you paid in full, regardless of which tier you joined.
- This right starts on the day you sign up to a new paid tier. It does not restart at every annual renewal.
Refund processing:
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel from your account at any time. The process is two clicks. We do not require a phone call, an email, or a reason.
- Log in.
- Go to Membership.
- Click Cancel.
Your membership remains active until the end of your current paid period. After that, your account reverts to free membership, unless you have asked us to delete it entirely.
We retain your account record for 12 months after cancellation, in case you want to return. After that, we delete it unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
7. Acceptable use
We trust our members. The following is what we ask in return.
You agree not to:
- Share our fare alerts publicly (forwarding to a friend is fine; posting them on a public deal forum is not).
- Resell access to our service.
- Scrape our website or our emails to extract fare data.
- Use our service to harass airlines or our staff.
- Misrepresent yourself or use false payment details.
If you do any of the above, we may suspend or terminate your membership without refund.
8. Disclaimers
We try to be accurate, but the airline industry moves fast.
- Fares change. A fare we send may be sold out by the time you click. We share what we see; the airline owns the inventory.
- Routes change. Airlines cancel routes, change schedules, and update aircraft. We are not responsible for any of that.
- Bookings are between you and the airline. Once you click our link, you are on the airline’s site. Their terms apply, not ours. If your flight is delayed, cancelled, or your luggage gets lost, that is between you and the airline.
- We are not a travel agent. We do not hold your ticket, rebook you, or process refunds for cancelled flights. Contact the airline directly.
- We do not give travel advice. We share fares. Decisions about whether a fare suits your plans, whether you need travel insurance, whether you need a visa, those are yours to make.
9. No affiliate links
This is part of our promise to members and it has legal weight too.
We do not earn affiliate commissions on any booking made through our alerts. Every link in every email goes direct to the airline’s own site. The price you see is the price the airline charges. The service is the airline’s service.
We are funded entirely by membership fees. That is the only conflict-of-interest we have, and we think it is the right one.
10. Limitation of liability
We work hard to be useful, but we cannot guarantee outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for missed flights, cancelled flights, lost bookings, or any other consequence of acting on a fare alert.
- We are not liable for any loss greater than the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the loss.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited under Dutch consumer law.
If you booked through one of our alerts and something went wrong with the airline, we may be able to help you find the right contact. We are not legally responsible for the outcome.
11. Intellectual property
Everything on our site and in our emails (our logo, our copy, our fare data, our design) is ours. You may not republish, modify, or distribute any of it without our written permission.
You retain rights to anything you submit to us (such as preferences in the quiz). By submitting, you give us permission to use it for the purpose of running the service.
12. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate your membership at our discretion if you breach these terms or if we have reasonable grounds to believe you are misusing the service.
If we terminate your membership without cause, we refund the unused portion of your current paid period.
13. Changes to these terms
We update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when.
For minor changes (typos, clarifications) we update silently. For significant changes (pricing, refund policy, member rights) we email you at least 30 days before they take effect, so you can cancel before they apply.
Your continued use of the service after an updated effective date means you accept the new terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
If we cannot resolve a dispute by talking, the courts of Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are an EU consumer, you also have the right to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
